Amortiguadores Selex Guarantee

Selex offers the standard European guarantee.

THE FOLLOWING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE GUARANTEE:

• Sport shock absorbers assembled with lower springs kit which have been lowered more than 30m/m. It can be verified by checking the piston rod erosion.
• All shock absorbers which have taken part in competitions or have been used in non recommended purposes.
• Shock absorbers whose piston rods have been damaged due to the use of inadequate tools in the installation.
• Shock absorbers which haven’t been properly assembled or damaged as well as those involved in accidents.
• Shock absorbers which have been modified.
• Shock absorbers which been manipulated by unqualified people. Also those who have been dismantled and/or graduated without considering the natural limits.
• Racing shock absorbers in general.

RETURNS:

• We do not accept returns three months after the sale.
• We do not accept returns once the shock absorbers have been assembled.
• It is required to show the number and date of the bill.
• Shock absorbers which have been assembled and are no longer under guarantee will not be returned.
• Returns will be charged 7% for testing and packaging whenever required.

SHOCK ABSORVERS CHANGES

WHEN IS NECESSARY TO CHANGE THE SHOCK ABSORBERS?

• When we notice oil leaking or lack of force.
• When the front of our vehicle lowers in an unusual way when braking or when it lifts excessively when starting or accelerating.
• When our car reacts slowly in curves or in straight line.
• When we notice an unusual erosion in our tyres.
• When our vehicle swings due to the wind action.
• Change your shock absorbers in pairs. We recommend to change the for of them at the same time and to revise them every 25,000 Km.
